Hi everyone, starting immediately, all products will be delivered every Monday and Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM after the order is placed.
(Delivery staff will follow the system’s pre-determined route, and specific delivery times cannot be arranged.)
- Due to traffic issues, the delivery staff will contact you by phone for communication.
- No upstairs delivery is available, so please pick up your order downstairs promptly.
Upon arrival, please wait for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, the delivery staff will leave.
If a re-delivery is required, additional delivery fees will be charged.
To avoid unnecessary expenses (and to prevent order cancellation), please keep your phone accessible during this time.
Losses caused by not answering calls or other personal reasons will need to be borne by the customer.
